The word Vana means Old, and Tallinn is the famous medieval capital of Estonia. First "discovered in 1154 by an Arab cartographer AL-Idrisi when it was a bustling market port - a gateway to the Nordic region.</p><p>Tallinn is the best preserved medieval city in Northern Europe boasting Gothic spires, winding cobblestone streets and enchanting architecture.</p><p>Once a home to wealthy merchants settling from Germany, Denmark and beyond, Tallinn Old Town today is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, with restaurants, bars, museums and galleries bringing much life to this historical city centre.</p><p>In fact it's easy to imagine yourself transported back to the old Tallinn sitting in the busy cobblestone town square, sipping this&nbsp;golden brown, delicate, rum-based liqueur.&nbsp;</p><p>Only natural herbs and additives are used in the secret recipe, which includes noticeable amounts of orange peel, cinnamon and vanilla. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It's great to be able to launch a new alcohol product in Australia from our Nordic distillery - Liviko.</p><p>An aromatic flower gin (Recipe No 38 in fact) - scented by rosehip flowers and a unique Nordic herb - meadowsweet, characteristic of the rugged Estonian coastline, distilled in a traditional copper pot still for a rich and soft taste.&nbsp;</p><p>A masterpiece of Liviko’s master distillers, each bottle is finished by hand.</p><p>Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin is a&nbsp;unique combination of 12 carefully selected aromatic herbs, It's&nbsp;refreshing, flowery, round and complex. The rose hip flowers and meadowsweet dominate. The sweet nuance of the flower petals is balanced by the bitterness of an orange peel, the freshness of yuzu and juniper berries.&nbsp;</p><p>Taste is juicy, round, a bit bitter. A rich and elegant bouquet of sweet flowers and crisp juniper. The soft taste is balanced by the freshness of the citruses.</p><p>The Liviko master gin distiller experimented with the curious colour change of the rose hip petals. As a result the golden coloured gin turns to pink, when mixed with tonic. True gin magic!</p><p>Serve neat to get the best out of this unusual and distinctive gin or load up a glass with ice and serve with a slice of orange and tonic (and watch it change colour as you pour).</p><p>The copper handcut bottle is really stunning - a real talking point for the start of your dinner party.</p><p>On pre-order only at this stage - it's on a container in the middle of the Atlantic at the moment!</p>]]></description>
